Are you a STREAKER? Do you have a fitness goal in mind that includes running or walking at least a mile a day?
One of my very first fitness goals was to achieve getting my daily step total in for the day and running at least 3 times a week. As I progressed my fitness, I would find ways to challenge myself and encourage others. Fast forward to today and I’m still finding ways to challenge myself, I’m currently on a 60-day streak of hitting my daily step goal of 11,500 steps! Now, I want to take it up a notch, by not only hitting my step goal but running at least 1-mile a day!

During the entire month of May (1st-31st), I’ll be streaking awesome with the BibRave Crew! How about you? We’d love for you to join us for a Run or Walk throughout the entire month of May!
All you need to do is sign-up for a Strava Account if you don’t have one already, it’s super easy to create an account and link it to your preferred fitness tracker (mine is connected to my Garmin) or use the Strava App directly to track your progress.
