City House Nashville – make sure you head to City House located in historic Germantown! City House features Italian dishes with an added touch of southern flair. Did we mention pizza? City House was awarded best pizza in Nashville! More information can be found linked above.
Rolf and Daughters – somebody pinch me, because this menu sounds like a dream with its earthy pasta, rustic sauces, and seasonal flavors! Rolf & Daughters dishes are European-inspired, locally-sourced, and what Belgian Chef Philip Krajeck describes as “modern peasant food” aka hearty dishes runner’s will love!
Hattie B’s Hot Chicken – Midtown – Nashville Hot Chicken should be a MUST on your foodie visit to town, but make sure you load up on this spicy southern delicacy after the race!
Biscuit Love Gulch – the name alone should let you know you’re in for a hearty brunch of fried chicken and biscuits, then this land of wonder and flavor is for you! This fast-casual spot will treat you right post-race and leave you feeling full of southern hospitality. Located away from the mayhem of Broadway this cozy spot serves up the best tastes of Nashville.
Puckett’s Grocery and Restaurant – located in downtown Nashville is the perfect spot right after the race, with its location close to the finish line you’ll be able to fuel up on delicious Southern Comfort foods and take in the atmosphere of Nashville flair.
Dozen Bakery – have you seen these cookies? Dozen Bakery has all of your bakery delights in one stop, from hearty bread fresh from the oven to sweet treats, and a complete breakfast, brunch, and lunch menu – why go anywhere else? Seriously, bring me back some cookies if you are going!
The Goo Goo Shop – when I was a kid vacation to the Southern states meant Goo Goo’s for the ride home to give to family and friends. The taste of these treats brings back so many fond memories of family vacations. Why not start your own tradition and treat yourself!? This shop features all kinds of delicious sweet treats!
The Soda Parlor – think 1980’s arcade mixed in with some of the most delicious floats, shakes, and ice creams you can imagine. Did you just step back in time? Wait, is Marty McFly here? Bring your quarters and your taste buds, because your senses are about to get rocked!
Frothy Monkey – Start your day off with a nice cup of coffee from the Frothy Monkey, while you are at it, might as well grab breakfast too! This cool coffee shop is a must for Coffee Drinkers, but don’t let the name fool you, these guys are legit and don’t monkey around!

Tootsie’s Orchid Lounge – looking for a historic honky-tonk, a step into Tootsie’s is a step in time covering over 60 years of country music history. From artists, you know and love, to the ones you never even heard of, come take in a true Nashville Country Music experience unlike any other.
Yazoo Brewing Company – with 18 different rotating taps, you’re sure to find a brew you’ll love at Yazoo Brewing! And if you can’t decide they offer flights for you to sample the flavors and find your favorite, Yazoo is the perfect stop post-race to catch up with friends and to enjoy all that Nashville has to offer. Save me a seat!
